1 Scoop Kaged Muscle Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
4 dashes ground cinnamon
1 scoop Bob’s Flaxseed Meal
2 tbsp Now Psyllium Whole Husks
6-8 diced strawberries
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 whole egg
