Mix In Mixing Bowl

1 cup Bob’s GF Pancake Mix

1 Scoop Kaged Muscle Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

4 dashes ground cinnamon

1 scoop Bob’s Flaxseed Meal

2 tbsp Now Psyllium Whole Husks

6-8 diced strawberries

1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 whole egg


Whisk Together find desired consistency of your choosing


Cook over medium heat-yield 5-6 pancakes


Top with:

1 Tbsp Natural Cashew Butter

1 Tbsp Natural California Honey
