For the Flight
Kaged Muscle Hydra Charge(1 scoop every 2 hours of flight time minimum. Helps with electrolyte balance and hydration)
L-Citruline Kaged Muscle(helps with blood flow and circulation)
Glutamine Powder(for immune health)
Scoop of Whey Protein Powder in ziplock bag

Dry Nuts(almonds, walnuts, cashews, macadamia)

Purchase at minimum 1 liter of water prior to boarding. Consume 16oz for every hour of flight time. Recent study showed drinking water on planes was lightly contaminated at best....
*Pre Flight Routine
While waiting at gate. Walk. Do laps. Keep moving. About to sit. MOVE.
Right before you board do 20 push ups or better yet burpees
*During Flight Routine
Every time you get up to take a piss. Do 20 air squats in the bathroom. Ass has to touch toilet seat
Get Up once an hour and do 20 calf raises
*Post Flight Routine
When ya get settled wherever you are going immediately do 20 minutes of steady low impact cardio. Could be walk around city. Just move.
