I’ve worked with clients from 12 to 92 years old and it all comes back to ‘why.’ I want to help and inspire others to optimize their performance by finding their why. Why is it important for you to exercise or to be healthy? How do you want to feel? Are you doing this for you?

WHAT IS FITNESS?
To me a great test of fitness is how do you feel after you walk up two flights of stairs? Are you out of breath? Does your back hurt? Are you using the railing for balance? Do your knees hurt? What does your posture look like?
My goal as a coach is for my clients to always be improving in answering these questions. It’s important that fitness, unlike the stock market, will never lose its value.
It can always be improving, even at 92 years young! Science has proven that we have the ability to change our bodies, our cells and our muscles even as we age. It’s never too late to improve your fitness!
